- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the creamed mixture until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips and mini marshmallows until evenly distributed.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto ungreased baking sheets, spacing them apart.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until edges are golden.
- Allow cookies to cool on baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring them to wire racks.
Notes
Use dark chocolate chips for a richer flavor. For added texture, sprinkle sea salt on top before baking. Store leftovers in an airtight container or freeze them for up to three months.
