Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until well blended and smooth.
  2. Gently fold in fresh blueberries, being careful not to crush them.
  3. Spoon the mixture into ice cube trays or silicone molds, filling each cavity evenly.
  4. If desired, sprinkle granola or chopped nuts on top for added texture.
  5. Freeze for several hours, or until the yogurt bites are solid.
  6. Once frozen, pop out the bites and store them in an airtight container in the freezer.

Notes

Use ripe blueberries for the best sweetness; if they're tart, consider adding a bit more honey or maple syrup. Freeze bites in a single layer initially for better shape before stacking.
