- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until well blended and smooth.
- Gently fold in fresh blueberries, being careful not to crush them.
- Spoon the mixture into ice cube trays or silicone molds, filling each cavity evenly.
- If desired, sprinkle granola or chopped nuts on top for added texture.
- Freeze for several hours, or until the yogurt bites are solid.
- Once frozen, pop out the bites and store them in an airtight container in the freezer.
Notes
Use ripe blueberries for the best sweetness; if they're tart, consider adding a bit more honey or maple syrup. Freeze bites in a single layer initially for better shape before stacking.
